Two un-conference sessions will run in parallel with the main conference program throughout Oct 27-30. What is an un-conference?

The difference from the main conference sessions is that though the general topic of the unconference sessions is confirmed, the exact content and focus will be determined on the day by the session leader(s) in conjunction with attendees.
