The call for formal presentations is closed, but you are welcome to propose unconference sessions here up until the day the session happens! What is an un-conference?

Two un-conference sessions will run in parallel with the main conference program throughout Oct 27-30.

The difference from the main conference sessions is that though the general topic of the unconference sessions is confirmed, the exact content and focus will be determined on the day by the session leader(s) in conjunction with attendees.

Please list your proposed sessions below, and create new pages linked from your session name to provide more detail and get further feedback.

Invited unconference sessions include:

  1. Museums and Drupal: A Survey of the Field
  2. Museums, Mobile & Augmented Reality: Redefining the Museum Experience
  3. Building map guides with open source tools and content
  4. Build an Online Collecting Site
  5. Museums & Public Libraries in your Community: What Creative Collaboration Can Do
  6. Ways to Tap the Wisdom of Crowds
  7. Creating Online Community Experiences Inside the Museum
